Refund Policy

If you’re ever unhappy with any of Progress Updates service or products for any reason, contact our support team.
With Progress Updates, we sell subscriptions on a monthly and annual basis only.
Here are examples of refunds for Progress Updates we’d grant:
- If you pay for a year of Progress Updates and then cancel before the year is up, we make sure you aren’t charged in the future. Your account will be accessible until your paid period ends.
- If you were just charged (within 7 days) for the annual plan but you meant to cancel, we’ll review your account usage and figure out a partial refund based on how many months you used it.
- If you were just charged (within 7 days) for your next month of service but you meant to cancel, we’re happy to refund that extra charge.
We’ll also consider giving credits for future billing cycles if something goes wrong on our side. For example, if we had extended downtime (multiple hours in a day, or multiple days in a month) or you emailed customer service and it took multiple days to get back to you, we’ll issue a partial credit to your account.
